Yoga for Positive Mental Health

Positive mental health is the balance between all aspects of life – social, spiritual, emotional, and physical. Yoga can help build and maintain this mental balance as it promotes relaxation and emotional control. Practicing yoga helps to concentrate your mind on the physical sensations and forces your mind to focus on your body and breathing in the present. Both of these outcomes contribute to the balance needed to maintain positive mental health.
With Josephine Russell on Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Cost is $55.
